Well Dressed Plate is the culinary vision of Rebecca Treadwell Lyons, a nationally published recipe developer, food stylist, and culinary leader with more than 20 years of experience in professional recipe development, editorial food media, and high-volume test kitchen production. Over the course of her career, Rebecca has developed thousands of recipes, styled and directed major food photoshoots, and created culinary content for some of the most recognized brands and personalities in the food industry.

 

Rebecca began her career at Hoffman Media, where she served as Test Kitchen Director, Executive Chef, and ultimately Executive Chef & Food Editor. There she created original content for multiple national magazines and produced large-scale cooking demonstrations—including collaborations with Paula Deen, Sandra Lee, and other celebrity talent.

 

Rebecca later joined eMeals, America’s leading curated meal-planning platform, where she now serves as Director of Culinary Development. She oversees the eMeals Test Kitchen, leads culinary strategy, manages food stylists and photographers, and develops signature content for more than 15 meal styles. Her brand partnerships span some of the most influential names in food and beverages, including Treasury Wines, Barilla, Bob Evans, Gallo, Constellation Brands, Coca-Cola, McCormick, Tyson, and many more.

 

Today, Well Dressed Plate brings that deep expertise to a boutique catering and culinary studio known for elevated flavor, stunning presentation, and a warm, personal touch. From chef-crafted catering and custom charcuterie boards to recipe development and culinary content creation, every dish reflects Rebecca’s creativity, precision, and signature belief that food should always be beautiful, memorable, and impeccably dressed.
